What You Will Do:
- Lead on the operational running of security and BCM/resilience outputs in support of strategic delivery outcomes.
- Support functional directors, programmes, and employees in executing the security strategy and maintaining operational resilience.
- Integrate and align security and resilience effects to the strategic outcomes required of the business.
- Influence senior stakeholders across the business and all security disciplines to achieve effective and efficient outcomes.
- Lead the security SMEs and business team in execution of the security strategy.
- Support cross-functional senior stakeholders in optimising efficiency and effectiveness of outputs to mitigate business risk.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive experience within the security industry, ideally with a background in HM Armed Forces.
- In-depth working knowledge of HMG and industry standard security policy, standards, and good practice guidance.
- Experience in conducting security compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to work with diverse operational activities.
- Excellent leadership and collaborative experience across multiple security disciplines.
