- Provide inbound support to members, utilizing your knowledge of protection products, providers, quoting portals, research tools, underwriting, and both new and existing business processes.
- Ensure advisers receive accurate and timely information while assisting in process improvements that align with business needs.
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements, handle queries efficiently, and maximize sales opportunities while upholding ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, sharing insights that benefit both members and business objectives.
- Provide coverage and support for team members as needed to achieve shared service goals.
- Take on additional duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
- Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with an investigative and ethical approach to handling client needs and compliance requirements.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new procedures, contribute to a team environment, and proactively suggest improvements that benefit customer outcomes.
- Awareness of operational and regulatory risks, with the ability to identify potential impacts on the business and take steps to mitigate them.
- Ongoing education and certifications, including R05, Cert CII, DipFA, and CeMAP.
