Scheduling Coordinator

£26,000 - £28,000 + Company Bonus

Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week

This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Telford. They are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis. You would be working within a team that are responsible for the success of Account Managers hitting targets, engineers getting their jobs on their diaries and tablets and goods getting to the site on time.

This can be quite an intense role at times, so the ability to work under pressure and stay focused is a must. Our client is looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of maturity and focus. The ideal candidate should have the ability to approach tasks with a thoughtful and responsible mindset and would suit someone who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks; but still having a fantastic eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the assignment is fully coordinated.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Planning Engineers Diaries using in house platform for both Site Surveys and Installs.
  • Loading Engineers work to Engineers Tablets.
  • Sending works orders too despatch team.
  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure stocks are there and will be despatched on time for install.
  • Working with Account Managers to ensure date allocated to customers are agreeable.
  • Updating shared handover, spread sheet.
  • Sending commissioning reports to customers on completion of work.
  • Updating CRM with newly installed units so that future services and warranty work can be put in the diary for a reminder.
  • Ordering Engineers Van stock.
  • Supporting engineers with issues on tablets.
  • Attending production meetings Mon Thurs.
  • Invoicing of completed jobs.
