This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilities engineer to gain training on a variety of equipment, within a clean, modern working facility, alongside potential avenues to progress over time into senior engineer / lead positions.

This family run business have grown year on year and have some exciting plans to come over the coming months / years. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their facilities, due to their continued success, they are looking to bring on an additional engineer to support their facilities team.

In this role you will support the facilities and building services department, with fault finding, maintenance and repair of building/factory maintenance. Tasks can range from anything to plumbing, to diagnostic and repair of water and refrigeration systems.

The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced Facilities / Building Services Engineer, who has experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

The Role:
*Facilities Maintenance Engineer
*Supporting and optimising factory/building conditions through repair and maintenance of in house systems
*Working 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
*Training provided on any skill gaps, with progression available into more senior engineer roles

The Person:
*Background in Industrial / Manufacturing environment, working on facilities / building services maintenance
*Shropshire / West Midlands based
