A long-established manufacturer is seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their Maintenance department.
The role involves carrying out scheduled maintenance work and providing mechanical/electrical breakdown cover at their Telford manufacturing facility.
Candidates should possess a recognized engineering apprenticeship or a similar qualification, with knowledge of PLCs and robots.
The position requires the ability to read and understand both electrical and mechanical drawings, and experience in planned preventative maintenance is essential.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

A long established manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Engineer.

As Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work in line with the schedule and processes.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Telford , the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

*Planned preventative maintenance

*Mechanical/electrical breakdown cover for all activities on site

*Ability to read and understand both electrical and mechanical drawings

*Knowledge of PLC's

*Knowledge of Robots

The successful candidate should have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship or similar appropriate qualification.
