Site Supervisor | M&E Projects | Building Services Industry | 45,000 + Company Vehicle + Employment Package.

Due to increased demand, we are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor / Projects Supervisor to work across a wide range of M&E Installation / upgrade / similar projects across a range of commercial and industrial environments. These projects may include new build M&E installations, large M&E upgrades, re-purposing / re-developing existing environments. Typical project values will range from 500K - 2.5M.

You will be working on a hybrid / mobile basis, across West Midlands, Shropshire and surrounding regions. Your role will be working as the Site Supervisor / Projects Supervisor, over-seeing on-site works and reporting into the Project Manager / Contract Manager.

Duties may include:

  • Managing Sub-Contractors
  • Ensuring health and safety and compliance policies are adhered to, issuing permits, reviewing RAMS etc.
  • Ensuring quality workmanship on the project.
  • Ensuring the project is in-line with projected timelines.
  • Reporting into Project / Contract Managers with updates on works.

Requirements:

  • Must be qualified in either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline to City and Guilds / NVQ standards or equivalent.
  • Must have experience working across Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical / M&E installations / projects.
  • SSSTS certificate required.
  • Must have a UK driving license with under 9 points.
