Our client has recently spent 拢10 million on automating their production process resulting in a new requirement for team members. They are a nationwide Food & Beverage Manufacturer that has been established for decades. The role will entail taking ownership and accountability for commissioning/ installation of new plant machinery for a variety of projects across the factory. You will need to utilise both strong electrical and mechanical attributes to ensure PPM is carried out properly and reducing downtime. Engineering Team Leader Job Responsibilities:路Coordinate planned maintenance and annual servicing activities.路Responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of all engineering assets within your jurisdiction.路Maintain various machines, including a Tetra-Pack filling machine, spiral freezer, and ovens.路Schedule planned maintenance in collaboration with the Operations Manager.路Lead all engineering efforts necessary for technical audits.路Stay informed about innovations and improvements in the FMCG sector.路Assist in achieving productivity and efficiency enhancement goals.路Contribute to meeting departmental budgetary targets.路Ensure project delivery complies with health and safety legislation.路Provide supporting documentation for projects in line with best practices.
