What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders and colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health & safety, and quality standards within your section.
  • Coordinate and deliver on customer visits and audits, showcasing the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively manage resources to meet KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
  • Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimise production processes.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • A track record of implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and motivating a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication abilities, able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
