What You Will Do

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health & safety, and quality standards within your section.
- Coordinate and deliver on customer visits and audits, showcasing the company's commitment to excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively manage resources to meet KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimise production processes.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
