What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop team leaders and colleagues within your designated section, ensuring operational excellence.
- Champion food safety, health & safety, and quality standards across your section.
- Coordinate and deliver on customer visits and audits with impeccable planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Production Manager.
- Utilize resources effectively, escalating any shortfalls promptly.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your area, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Section Manager or Team Leader within a production or manufacturing environment.
- A track record of implementing continuous improvement in a production setting.
- Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading a diverse team in a demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent time management and analytical skills, with a flair for coaching and developing teams.
