They are expanding their engineering team and seeking a passionate Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. What You Will Do:

• Install, maintain, and commission cutting-edge machinery and equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns, working efficiently under pressure to restore failed systems.
• Conduct planned maintenance and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Provide expert telephone 'help desk' support and advice to customers.
• Complete detailed written service reports and fault find with diagnostic checks.
• Participate in extensive training programmes, including overseas installations.

What You Will Bring:

• Electrical/mechanical background
• Experience in food processing/manufacturing or similar environments.
• Flexibility to work away from home with occasional nights over as well as weeks away on installations (this is only occasional)
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various working conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.
• Full driving licence.

This role will suit people who are ex forces  / ex-military from Army, Navy or RAF as well as maintenance engineers, electrical fitters, mechanical fitters and service technicians.

Location:

This role is based in the UK with the requirement to travel nationally, including occasional overseas trips for training and installations.
