Sonic Summary

MPFT is seeking a temporary part-time registered Community Occupational Therapist (OT) B6 to join the Dementia Team at Hall Court Telford or Severnfields Health Village, Shrewsbury.
The position requires candidates to have experience visiting patients in their own homes, with previous community mental health and dementia experience being highly valued.
This role is part-time, totaling 22.5 hours per week, and is flexible within the core working hours of Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 for a duration of 12 weeks.
Candidates must be HCPC registered and must possess a valid driver's license, as travel in their own vehicle is necessary with mileage reimbursed at 40p per mile.
The role offers a B6 rate via Direct Engagement and is set to start as soon as possible.

MPFT are looking for a temporary part time registered Community OT B6 to support the Dementia Team at Hall Court Telford or Severnfields Health Village, Shrewsbury.

Candidates must be a car driver and able to travel in own vehicle, mileage paid at 40p per mile.

This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week (flexible within team core working hours of Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00hrs) for 12 weeks.

This Role requires a candidate who has experience visiting patients within their own homes. Previous community mental health and dementia experience is valuable.

Autonomous role with support from Clinical Lead, OT colleagues and wider team.

Must be HCPC Registered with Mental Health experience
B6 rate via Direct Engagement
