For the successful Sales Estimator our client is offering:
- £14.40- £16.80 per hour DOE
- 08.00 – 16.30 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 15.30 on a Friday
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Training Opportunities
- Overtime available
The role – Sales Estimator:
- Managing sales enquiries through an internal document control systems.
- Reporting monthly sales and enquiry figures.
- Producing material take-offs and BoQ from enquiry drawings and information for quotation.
- Producing and issuing detailed quotations to clients.
- Issuing order acknowledgements to clients.
- Collating and controlling order information to present to the Design & Production Teams.
- Controlling order variations for ongoing projects.
- Maintaining contact with clients through the sales and order cycle.
- Working closely with our Design and Production teams.
- Client liaison and dealing with customer queries.
What our client is looking for in a Sales Estimator:
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings- PREFFERED
- BoQs knowledge- ESSENTIAL
- Need to have been a sales estimator within the manufacturing industry- PREFFERED
- AutoCAD and BIM knowledge- PREFFERED
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office- ESSENTIAL
