Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate:34 per hour
Location: Darby House, 2nd Floor, Wing B, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA
Remote/Office based: Hybrid - Mixture of working from home and Office.

  • To undertake the assessment, support planning and care co-ordination of children with complex needs within a team and home environment.
  • To undertake the assessment, support planning and care co-ordination of children with complex needs. Primary tasks to include assessment and recommendation of appropriate equipment and adaptations.
  • To provide advice and support to service users, their families and as appropriate the public on a day to day basis.
  • To promote close and constructive relationships with service users, carers and partner agencies.
  • To identify and highlight resource issues to the Team Leader and Senior Practitioner.
  • To promote standards which achieve equality of opportunity
  • To ensure personal adherence to all relevant Policies & Procedures.
