Your new roleThe jobs we have are dependent on the needs of each school, and can be on a full or part-time basis. Working as a supply Teaching Assistant suits those who have a passion for working within a school and can be flexible and adaptable, due to the diversity of the schools we work with. We are currently looking for TA's who have a desire to work with children. This could be within a full classroom, or taking a small group to improve a core skill, for example, reading, or provide 1:1 care for an individual child with SEN. What you'll need to succeedYou should have experience in a classroom setting within the last 2 years. You should feel confident working with children in small groups. You will need to be professional at all times, as well as friendly and enthusiastic. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff, children and parents.
