Head Of Project Delivery - The Role:
- Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Collaborating across teams, clients and stakeholders
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks
- Providing Health and Safety leadership
- Setting achievable goals and targets for the project team
- Creating and managing monthly reports to identify potential threats to the project scope of work
- Providing leadership and mentoring to Project Managers in your delivery team
Head Of Project Delivery - The Person:
- Extensive experience of project management, including a track record of delivering complex projects
- Extensive experience of line management and the development of project teams
- An ability to identify and influence key decision makers at all levels
- Good commercial and contractual knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Project skills, along with strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages
- An engineering degree, ideally Chartered Engineer status
- APM practitioner (or similar) certification
