Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Line Leader to oversee the operations of high-care areas within a busy production environment. This role involves ensuring a safe workplace, meeting production targets, maintaining product quality, and supervising team members to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage production line operations to meet planned volume targets.
  • Food Safety: Fulfill all food safety requirements and maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards with attention to detail.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and update records accurately, including notes on any issues.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear guidance to line operators and act as a role model for best practices.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within production areas.
