**Production Team Leader vacancies in Telford, Shropshire**

This company, a leading name in the Food Manufacturing sector located in Telford, Shropshire, is on the lookout for 4 experienced Production Team Leaders to steer their production teams towards excellence.

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (consisting of rotating days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

**What You Will Do:**

Lead and manage a dedicated team within the production area, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
Develop, set, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team, driving performance and productivity.
Take charge of daily paperwork, ensuring all production documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct thorough shift handovers, ensuring seamless operations between teams.
Uphold and advocate for strict health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
Play a pivotal role in achieving production targets, contributing to the company's success.

**What You Will Bring:**
