**Production Team Leader vacancies in Telford, Shropshire**

This company, a leading name in the Food Manufacturing sector located in Telford, Shropshire, is on the lookout for 4 experienced Production Team Leaders to steer their production teams towards excellence. 

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (consisting of rotating days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team within the production area, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
  • Develop, set, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team, driving performance and productivity.
  • Take charge of daily paperwork, ensuring all production documentation is completed accurately.
  • Conduct thorough shift handovers, ensuring seamless operations between teams.
  • Uphold and advocate for strict health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Play a pivotal role in achieving production targets, contributing to the company's success.

**What You Will Bring:**

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, showcasing your ability to lead and motivate.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of enhancing team performance.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest health and safety standards.
  • (Desirable) Experience within the FMCG sector, although not essential, would be advantageous.
