What You Will Do:

- Compile complex cost estimates for bids and projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business processes.

- Engage with the supply chain to gather timely material estimates, leveraging historic data where applicable.

- Calculate accurate and timely labour estimates through interaction with key stakeholders and analysis of historical data.

- Review estimate inputs for alignment with project scope, enhancing the reliability of bids.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with project stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

- Provide critical data and feedback to senior management, supporting cost investigations and negotiations.

What You Will Bring:

- A-Level, ONC/HNC, or equivalent qualification in Business Studies, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics.

- Exceptional numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail for evaluative judgements.

- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
