Commercial Administrator
Location: Telford

Hours:Monday Friday -37.5 per week

We are partnering with a global organisation that are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key commercial operations, including sales administration, purchasing coordination, and export documentation. You will act as a vital link between suppliers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Process customer orders, ensuring timely invoicing and delivery coordination.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Purchasing Administration
Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Maintain supplier records, contracts, and price lists.
Support the Purchasing Coordinator in managing supplier relationships.
Ensure accurate data entry within procurement systems.
Export Documentation
Prepare and manage export paperwork, including invoices, shipping documents, and compliance certificates.
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with logistics providers to facilitate smooth exports.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous administrative experience within purchasing, sales, or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Understanding of export documentation and international shipping (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
