Are you seeking a local role as a Recruitment Consultant within a positive, fun and proactive environment. This opportunity is to become a 4th member of the team. You will get your own plan and area to cover and build a temp desk around some perms too - mainly cover Industrial, commercial and engineering roles.
This is a full 360 role involving a blend of sales, service and all associated admin duties. You MUST know temp and perm recruitment processes, have a stable career to date and demonstrate the ability to build your own pipeline and plan. Strong negotiation skills, first class communication and organisational skills together with key listening skills are paramount to the role. If you can demonstrates a relevant career history and experience we would like to invite your application for consideration.
Working 8am-5/5:30pm (some degree of flex around your circumstances) Mon- Fri with minimal oncall for life-work balance is on offer. Salary is up to £28k basic plus bonus and benefits DOE. Bonus paid after a £1k threshold PW GP and is generous.
