Alexander Daniels are excited to be working with a leading business based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the administration of the Purchase and Sales ledger, Credit Control and collecting Payroll data.

Daily duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Processing payments and receipts from bank statement.
  • Manage outstanding accounts receivable ledger, prepare regular reports on aged debtors and cash collections.
  • Assist with the collation of hours and payroll data.
  • Provide administration support to the wider business teams when needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years experience working within a similar role.
  • SAP experience.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
