Alexander Daniels are excited to be working with a leading business based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the administration of the Purchase and Sales ledger, Credit Control and collecting Payroll data.
Daily duties:
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Processing payments and receipts from bank statement.
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable ledger, prepare regular reports on aged debtors and cash collections.
- Assist with the collation of hours and payroll data.
- Provide administration support to the wider business teams when needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years experience working within a similar role.
- SAP experience.
- Good understanding of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
