Job Purpose: We are seeking an Account Manager (AM) with exceptional drive and enthusiasm. Your primary role will be to manage existing clients while actively generating new business to expand your client portfolio. As an AM, you will be the vital link between our sales team and the operational side of the business, ensuring seamless client management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Leadership & Ownership: Take charge of your projects from an Account Management perspective, ensuring success and satisfaction for every client.
  • Target Achievement: Support the Exhibition Manager in hitting targets that align with our company goals.
  • Business Development: Grow and retain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with customers both on-site and off-site, providing exceptional service.
  • Client Visits: Regularly visit clients to build and nurture relationships.
  • Sustainability: Promote and practice sustainable business approaches.
  • KPI Delivery: Achieve and exceed all set KPIs.

Key Personal Attributes:

  • AV Market Knowledge: A solid understanding and interest in the AV market would be beneficial.
  • Event Experience: Proven experience in exhibitions and events.
  • Client Focus: An unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain credibility with senior contacts.
  • Decision-Making: Confidence in making key commercial decisions that balance external and internal budgets.
