Assist with online inquiries and support the IT and networks team while helping the Account Managers achieve targets. You’ll play a key role in direct communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to orders and inquiries via email and live chat.
Reach out to client lists at official shows to identify potential leads.
Follow up on quotes during busy periods.
Support account management and business development teams with quotes and tasks.
Source equipment quotes and build relationships with trade partners.
Meet sales targets and maintain gross margins across projects.
Liaise with customers on-site and remotely, ensuring exceptional service.
