What you'll be doing in the role of a Commercial Account Executive:
- Manage, service and grow a book of existing Commercial Business.
- Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with company strategy.
- Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use the appropriate method of communication to support companies right first-time approach to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
- Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
- To assist company growth - New Business and Renewals
- Ability to attend networking events when necessary.
- To achieve set targets agreed upon.
- Any other duties required from time to time.
What we are looking for in a Commercial Account Executive:
- You’re an insurance professional with experience in property insurance.
- You bring confident and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have a solid understanding of Commercial Insurance products like Commercial Combined, SME, Property Owners, and more.
- You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and deliver under pressure.
- You’re eager to develop your skills, including achieving the Cert CII qualification (if not already completed).
