What you'll be doing in the role of a Commercial Account Executive:

  • Manage, service and grow a book of existing Commercial Business.
  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with company strategy.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Use the appropriate method of communication to support companies right first-time approach to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
  • Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
  • To assist company growth - New Business and Renewals
  • Ability to attend networking events when necessary.
  • To achieve set targets agreed upon.
  • Any other duties required from time to time.

What we are looking for in a Commercial Account Executive:

  • You’re an insurance professional with experience in property insurance.
  • You bring confident and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have a solid understanding of Commercial Insurance products like Commercial Combined, SME, Property Owners, and more.
  • You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and deliver under pressure.
  • You’re eager to develop your skills, including achieving the Cert CII qualification (if not already completed).
