My client is seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to join their Commercial Sales Team. This is your opportunity to manage, grow, and develop key client relationships while contributing to our continued success and growth.Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our Commercial Sales Team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, managing a portfolio of existing commercial business, and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage, service, and expand an existing book of commercial business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Development: Identify opportunities, negotiate, and profitably sell commercial insurance solutions within your authority.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Plan and prioritise your workload to meet service level agreements, delivering top-tier customer service every step of the way.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to new business development and renewals, achieving agreed targets.
  • Networking: Represent at networking events, strengthening market presence.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks as required to support team objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent, professional, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Solid understanding of Commercial Combined, Commercial Property Owners, SME, Professional Indemnity, and Directors & Officers insurance products.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, especially under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Cert CII qualified or committed to achieving this within an agreed timeframe.
