Must Have’s
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within commercial insurance
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and take initiative
- A genuine interest in business and supporting business leadership
Nice to have’s
- Experience building tailored insurance plans for a variety of clients
- Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed
- A team player who thrives in a service-led environment

- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and understanding their unique business needs
- Creating personalised insurance plans aligned with client goals
- Providing expert advice by staying up to date on commercial insurance trends
- Collaborating closely with your team to ensure smooth delivery and top-tier service
- Playing a key role in enhancing client confidence through expert insurance support
