What We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic Account Manager with a strong background in sales to manage existing clients and grow a thriving portfolio of new business. As the key link between our sales and operational teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project delivery while driving profitability.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of your projects, becoming a trusted leader in account management.
Build, retain, and grow relationships with key clients, becoming their go-to expert.
Liaise directly with clients on-site and off-site, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Actively seek new business opportunities to grow your portfolio.
Drive operational efficiency, maintaining profitable gross margins.
Collaborate with the Exhibition Manager to hit targets and align with company goals.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver seamless projects.
Make informed commercial decisions to meet both internal and client budgets.
Maintain accurate sales records and demonstrate a strong understanding of our quoting and sales systems.
