Job Title: Deburrer
Location: Tewkesbury
Pay: Competitive Rate + shift allowance
Contract Type: Contract 6 Months
We are seeking for a skilled Deburrer to join our leading aerospace and defence client based in Tewkesbury. This role involves deburring, smoothing, and manually finishing components for aerospace and industrial programs. The successful candidate will work rotating AM and PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities – Deburrer
- Perform deburring, edge smoothing, and contamination removal
- Conduct basic fitting, pressure testing, and surface grinding
- Work from engineering drawings and inspection plans
- Complete quality audits and obtain self-certification stamps
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications & Requirements – Deburrer
- Basic education and ability to work independently or in a team
- Positive attitude towards lean manufacturing and 5S principles
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to recognize errors and defective materials
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
- Able to work a rotating AM and PM shift
- Must be able to pass an eye test
