Exciting opportunity to join the team of an expanding business with big future growth plans! They are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to enhance their existing sales team on a full time, permanent basis from their modern offices in Tewkesbury.
Working within the events space our client have worked on dynamic projects for Wimbledon, Burghley Horse Trials, Quatar Airways and many more, providing a vital product and service for each exhibition and event. With many of their clients being based across the UK and Europe you will have the opportunity to travel abroad to attend all expenses paid for events with recent trips being to Paris and Barcelona.
Your primary role will be to manage existing clients whilst also trying to generate as much new business as possible to develop a new portfolio of clients with an aim to achieve and exceed targets. You will become a vital link between the sales team and the operational side of the business.
Ideally you will have an interest in the audio-visual market or the events industry however, as long you are able to work within a highly client focussed environment whilst reacting to incoming leads industry training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
-Take ownership of your job from an account management perspective
-Develop new business, retain & grow appropriate relationships with key clients
-Support the Exhibition Manager to achieve targets to contribute to the overall success of the company
-Take accountability for operational efficiency with correct Gross Margins
-Liaise directly with clients on and off site ensuring 5* customer satisfaction
-Attend regular client visits to maintain relationships
-Report figures on a weekly basis, on 6-month pipeline

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (flexibility to work some weekends to attend events both in the UK & Europe will be required - all expenses paid)
Salary: Competitive base salary + excellent bonus and benefits package including free parking
