Senior Account HandlerTewkesbury£30 - £40K DOE

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join a growing and exciting team in Tewkesbury. Our client has a modern, client-focused approach to insurance. If you have a passion for problem-solving, client interaction, and taking ownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You’ll Do:

  • Manage key commercial client relationships and act as their trusted advisor. Build long-term relationships based on trust and expert advice.
  • Structure tailored insurance solutions and handle renewals & mid-term adjustments.
  • Support clients through the claims process and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with insurers to secure the best terms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, within an account handling role.
  • A client-focused mindset with strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail, organisation, enthusiasm and leadership potential.
  • An enjoyment for collaborating and taking the lead when needed.
