Sales Support Monday - Friday (some weekend flexibility)Tewkesbury£22,500 - £25,000 (depending on industry orsales experience)Job Purpose:Such a fun opportunity has popped up with one of my fabulous Clients in Tewkesbury. They are one of the UK's leading companies in their industry and they are currently looking for a Sales Support professional to come and join their buzzy and enthusiastic team! The Sales Support role is to assist with online enquiries while supporting Account Managers and Account Directors in specific tasks and contributing to the achievement of company budgets. This role requires direct communication between the sales and operations teams, clients, and contractors both on and off-site, particularly within the events industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Enquiries: Handle exhibitor orders and queries via multiple email addresses, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Drive Sales: Contact exhibitors at official shows, follow up on quotes, and keep momentum during peak times.
  • Support Teams: Assist account management and business development teams with quoting, sourcing subhire quotes, and various tasks.
  • Meet Deadlines: Monitor order deadlines and represent sales in show meetings.
  • Customer Engagement: Liaise directly with customers on-site and online, managing live chat and ensuring excellent service.
  • Sustainability & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and adopt sustainable practices in all tasks.
