Adecco Worcester are looking for a strong Administrator to join a thriving team and play a crucial role in supporting one of the Directors and their dynamic projects! This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including managing correspondence, minute-taking, diary and email coordination, and arranging appointments and travel.
  • Handle all admin needs, from record keeping to filing, and ensure team members have the necessary uniforms and PPE.
  • Ensure all site offices are stocked with essential resources, including stationery and safety equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Graphics Department for signage orders and keep updated records of all relevant details.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports, update records, and manage data in the company database.
  • Provide support to other departments, assist reception as needed, and participate in cross-functional meetings.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all tasks.

The Package:

  • Hours are 38 per week (some flexibility with start/finish time) with flexibility once the 6-month probationary period has completed to work from home one day per week.
  • Salary range is £28,000 - £29,500, depending upon experience level.
  • Holiday is 33 days (including bank holidays) minus 3 for Christmas shut down and once probation has passed, you can purchase a further 3 days the following holiday year!
