A lovely organization in Tewkesbury is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a full-time position with a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
The role requires intermediate to senior level experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in private housing and possess Employers Agent experience.
Candidates should have PQS experience, knowledge of JCT contracts, and a relevant Quantity Surveying degree, along with a full UK driving license.
The Quantity Surveyor will handle projects of varying sizes, typically between £500,000 and over £5 million, and will be involved in traditional PQS duties, contract administration, and project management.

We are seeking a skilled, reliable and efficient Quantity Surveyor to join the team. In this position, you will be taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in size, typically ranging from £500k to over £5m.
