Job Title: Quantity SurveyorSalary: £55,000 - £65,000Location: Gloucestershire/HybridSector: Offsite ConstructionAre you an experienced sub contractors quantity surveyor within construction?Would you enjoy working for a family run business who really put their people first?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run business who operate within the offsite construction sector. You will be working on large commercial & residential projects across the UK for a tier 1 contractor client base.Your knowledge working as a sub contractors QS will be essential as you will be expected to manage variations & contract negotiations with a tier 1 contractor client base.We would welcome conversations with Quantity Surveyors who:
- Have a background delivering projects as a sub contractor
- Possess an understanding of different contract forms such as JCT & NEC
- Are able to communicate across all levels both internally & externally
- Can demonstrate ability across different software packages
- Are willing to travel to sites Nationally when required
