We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join a growing and exciting team in Tewkesbury. Our client has a modern, client-focused approach to insurance. If you have a passion for problem-solving, client interaction, and taking ownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage key commercial client relationships and act as their trusted advisor. Build long-term relationships based on trust and expert advice.
- Structure tailored insurance solutions and handle renewals & mid-term adjustments.
- Support clients through the claims process and assist with troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with insurers to secure the best terms.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, within an account handling role.
- A client-focused mindset with strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Great attention to detail, organisation, enthusiasm and leadership potential.
- An enjoyment for collaborating and taking the lead when needed.

Benefits:
- Holiday: 25 day plus bank holidays. There is an additional option of 2 additional days, if 1 day is worked between Christmas Day and the New Year
