Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor with a confident telephone manner, good communication, listening and accurate data capture skills is required for a well-established company based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Once trained you will provide remote support to bars, pubs and the hospitality industry with regards to any technical issues that arise with the bar, cellar and draught dispensing system set up. If you have previous experience working within a bar or pub then great. If not you will be trained on how to diagnose and resolve common issues remotely.

SALARY: £24,500 per annum+ Performance Bonus + Benefits

LOCATION: This is a Hybrid position, working 2 days in the office in Thame and 3 days from home (there will be additional office time expected for training and team meetings)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm with Rotational Weekends and Bank holidays (with time in lieu)

As the Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor you will provide an exceptional customer experience for all customers and stakeholders by becoming a 'product and technical expert’, once you’ve completed your training.

The Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor will spend time 'in the field and office’ with an engineer to learn the quality processes and to gain an in-depth knowledge of products and set-ups including parts used, fault diagnostics and resolution.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor will include:

  • Handle all contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard
  • Spend time 'in the field and office’ with an Engineer to fully understand the quality processes and to gain an in-depth knowledge of 'bar and cellar’ set-ups
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical faults over the phone/email using your problem-solving and technical knowledge skills
  • Take part in the accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert
  • Attend training and briefing sessions (internally and externally) as necessary to gain an understanding of Client and Contact Centre requirements and to continuously develop fundamental skills

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer/client service
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
  • You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You know how to work within a team
  • Accurate in data capturing
  • Computer literate
  • Previous bar / pub experience plus
