My client based outside Thame is looking for a Technical Assistant to join their company.
The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, to include:
- Helping to support The Projects and Technical Department
- Dealing with maintenance contracts and ongoing projects
- You would be responsible for carrying out repairs, testing and preparing inventories
- Setting up demonstrations for events and exhibitions
- Working with the projects and technical department with technical drawings, manuals and any other paperwork required
- Further key responsibilities will be to carry out design tasks, using AutoCAD and other design packages
- Assist with drawings and documentation for site installation
- Test and program equipment and assist team members
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior design experience and any electrical installation experience would be advantageous
- Good computer skills
- An understanding of hand tools and workshop machinery
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask

- You must have a full clean driving licence.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm, 40 hours per week.
Salary (Apply online only) based on experience.
