RESIDENTIAL PARALEGAL / CONVEYANCER FEE EARNERWEST BUCKINGHAMSHIRE£30,000 - £38,000QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Paralegal, to join our well-respected client in Buckinghamshire.We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
  • sales
  • purchase
  • leaseholds
  • freeholds
  • remortgages
  • transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications.
