Office Administrator - 20009

My client, who has well-established roots in Thame, Oxfordshire, are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. They are looking for an energetic individual who is able to use their own initiative, and be happy to help out wherever needed.

Working hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Mon to Thursday and 8.30am-3.30pm on Friday.

Salary - £22,000-£25,000, depending on experience

Role

  • General administration duties
  • Preparing invoices
  • Packing of spares for sale/engineers
  • Processing sales orders
  • Processing service reports (scanning / assembly of separate PDF files)
  • Booking of prearranged service visits

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Computer literate (MS Office programmes)
  • Previous use of Sage accounting software advantageous
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail
