My client is on a mission to be the leading choice for high-quality eco-heating system installations in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and we're looking for a dedicated Project Manager to help us achieve our vision. They are we are specialists in eco-heating systems, committed to the design, installation, and maintenance of innovative renewable energy solutions. Their services include heat pumps, home batteries, underfloor heating, solar PV, solar thermal, and MVHR. They pride themselves on our high standards and their ability to create significant local impact in the race to reduce CO2 emissions globally.

As a Project Manager the successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of renewable energy projects, developing detailed plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Leading a team of 7-10 professionals, they will ensure effective communication and collaboration while conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and uphold safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities, all while maintaining exceptional client relationships through timely updates and support.

The Project Manager will also implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and prepare comprehensive project documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Their role will involve evaluating project outcomes to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of services.
