The school are looking to expand their support staff and welcome a passionate SEN Student Support to support all of their students. The SEN Student Support role gives you the chance to be mentored by on-site professionals, implement different therapeutic techniques and make a difference.

The School:

  • Special Education
  • Students aged 4-19

  • Purpose-built facilities eg. construction buildings, sensory rooms and music and art therapy rooms.

The SEN Student Support Role:

  • Assisting students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia
  • Supporting students on a 1-1 basis
  • Guiding students in lessons with both lesson material and emotions
  • Encouraging independence and self-regulation
  • Implementing different therapeutic techniques
  • Participate in meetings with occupational and clinical therapists and psychologists to improve students' quality of education
