Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel

 

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade in an historic riverside hotel near Hampton Court. As Chef de partie you will join an established brigade of chefs creating fantastic dishes for the hotels various outlets.

 

The Perks

As Chef de Partie you can expect the following:

  • Basic salary of  £32,000
  • Service £6,000 per annum
  • 48 hour contract
  • 4 days on, 3 days off

The Person

 

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:

  • Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally at a similar style property at CDP  level
  • Confidence to deputise for the Sous Chef, run a section and support more junior team members
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
  • Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
  • Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
