Are you experienced in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and AS9100 within Manufacturing?

As our QA & EHS Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make a difference. Setting the standards and taking ownership youll lead by example with a proactive approach to improve and implement Quality Assurance and EHS processes whilst driving cultural and behavioural change.

Focussing your time equally across Quality Management and EHS your responsibilities will be to:

Quality Management:

  • Ensure AS9100 compliance by managing and developing the QMS
  • Manage the audit calendar: BSI, LRQA, ASTM as well as customer and supplier audits
  • Lead the Material Review Board process, ensuring resolution of non-conformances
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and risk
  • Support the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a Zero Defects culture

EHS Management:

  • Develop and implement EHS programs and policies
  • Conduct EHS audits and inspections, investigate incidents and apply corrective actions
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace through training and awareness programs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering & Quality to build a Zero Harm culture

37.5 hours per week | Mon Fri | 8:30am to 4:30pm

Whats required

Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of AS9100 are essential for this role. In addition, youll have:

  • Experience in developing and introducing EHS programmes and policies
  • Knowledge of developing a QMS
  • Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEA
  • Auditing and certification experience
  • Experience with non-conformance investigation techniques
