We are currently looking for a PA to work directly for the Commercial Director at our Head Office in Thatcham. This is an integral role within our business with lots of variety and exposure to different areas of the business including Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Accounts and Operations.

Suitable candidates will be confident communicating at all levels of the business and with external stakeholders. They will to have excellent attention to details and the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines, in a fast paced environment. A proven background in office administration is essential and previous experience as a PA or within Office Management would be advantageous.
Duties will include:
- Prepare, edit and proof read documents and presentations.
- Updating content for the Companies Social Media Pages & Website.
- Monitoring the central mailboxes, taking the initiative to redirect queries to the right team or individual where appropriate; filtering and prioritising inwards communications.
- Collate data for KPI reports.
- Ensure appropriate preparation for meetings by collating information, preparing agenda’s and producing presentations or handouts.
- Take notes during meetings and produce minutes and follow up actions.
- Plan and project manage Company events, including Christmas parties, team building events, charity fundraising activities and employee incentive days.
- Process Insurance claims and collate required documentation.
- Manage compliance in line with various professional standards, accreditations and memberships.
- Facilitate accreditation and insurance renewals by collating data, obtaining quotes and presenting the most suitable option for approval.
- Conduct research, gather information and produce reports to demonstrate findings.
- Manage company car fleet, including the issuing and returning of cars, repairs and insurance.
- General ad-hoc administration duties.
- Approve expenses and raise purchase orders.
- Assist with personal errands as needed.
Applicants must have:
- Ability to juggle multiple demands and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Ability to build successful internal and external relationships
- Demonstrate a high level of tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
What we offer:
- Annual Salary circa £27,000 - £30,000 doe

- Flexitime. The role will be predominately office based, but hours can be worked flexibly across the week. (37.5 hours per week)
