An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Marketing Manager, FMCG for a global FMCG business. This role will support across NPD projects and brand communications campaigns and provide a hybrid structure; 1-2 days per week in Berkshire. This role could also be considered across a 4 day week/ part-time.

Description

The successful Marketing Manager, FMCG will be responsible for;

  • Leading the NPD development for a recognized portfolio of brands.
  • Oversee and manage brand communications campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimise distribution and sales.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget to maximise ROI.
  • Mentor and develop a team of junior brand managers.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager, FMCG should have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience working with Nielsen and Kantar data.
  • A creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional project management skills.
