Join a company that is making a real difference in mobility and accessibility.Your role will involve managing customer orders from the order stage through to delivery, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system. Additionally, you will prepare delivery packs, handle vehicle invoicing, and scan and file customer files. Daily reporting to the team leader on booking activity will be required, as well as managing challenging customers, including those with communication difficulties.   • Produce daily documents for vehicle taxation and customer correspondence using Excel and in-house CRM.

  • Report daily booking activity to the team leader and assist with both retail and business customers.
  • Manage challenging customers, including those with communication difficulties.
