Our client is actively seeking a Sales Administrator to support their special projects manager specialising in the sale of their products. The role is a full-time position where accuracy and a willingness to meet deadlines are of paramount importance as they pride us on their customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team.

The job role will include:

  • Proactively building and maintain relationships with customers
  • Supporting the Specialities project
  • Processing of incoming orders.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company to fulfil customers delivery’s
  • Managing product stock levels within the company
  • Engaging with customers from the time that a job is quoted until the order is delivered
  • Engaging with his/her counterparts on a daily basis, ensuring that the account management function acts and thinks as a team, to better serve the customer
  • Social media assistants

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential, as we provide the necessary training for the right candidate.
