• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders and invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide innovative ideas for enhancing the purchase ledger function.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger role or similar finance function.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
