This award-winning practice have a fantastic track-record of delivering projects across a range of sectors. The role will see the Senior Architect working across all RIBA stages predominantly focusing on small to large scale residential projects as well as commercial work with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres.
The ideal Senior Architect will come with a minimum of 8 years' experience and excellent planning and technical knowledge. You will also be required to lead a team of Architecture professionals and so a demonstrable track record within this will be essential to make a success of the role
Senior Architect Requirements:
- ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
- Minimum 8 years' experience within UK Architecture
- Demonstrable experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
- Proficiency with both AutoCAD (essential)
- Proficiency with Revit (highly desirable)
- Adept job-running ability
- Outstanding communication skills
The successful Senior Architect will be provided with a clear pathway to progression within the company as well as a competitive salary, likely to be in the range of 45-50k (fully dependent on experience), and company benefits.
