HR Advisor Newbury £36,000 Full Time Permanent Hybrid working Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established and national fire and security consultancy business. This is a part of a larger group who’s growth model is by acquisition. They are seeking an additional HR Advisor to operate in the Newbury office. This role will be a trusted point of contact for all HR purposes for this specific part of the business. If you are a HR Generalist and looking for further exposure in the TUPE procedures then this role could be for you!! This role will be working within an established HR team and you will be based at an office in Newbury. HR Advisor Benefits:
  • 22 days holiday (raising to 25 days with every year served) plus bank holidays

 HR Advisor Responsibilities:
  • To work with a small close knit team with around 30 members of staff and 30 contractors
  • To be involved in the acquisition process which may require additional travel to sit in on meetings which will be rotated with the rest of the HR team
  • To support with administration all things HR related
  • To liaise directly with the Head of HR
  • To issue contracts out for new employees
  • To deal with any employee enquiries
 HR Advisor Requirements:
  • To hold or be working towards your CIPD Level 5
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
